The hotel is near public transport. i saw the bell boys helped with luggage efficiently. the auntie at the entrance always smiled, nice. the room had an air purifier that smelled like peaches. I thought it was a special touch.

the hallways were quite hot, as there seemed to be no air conditioning outside the lobby and rooms.

The staff members wearing blue uniforms quickly helped guests needing luggage storage. They paid close attention and assisted proactively. the bell service seemed efficient, and the staff greeted everyone entering the hotel! with smiles and helpful directions.

I found the value excellent for the room. The staff accommodated an early bag drop off. I also appreciated the concierge allowing an early check-in by almost four hours. It was helpful. It.

The bathroom lacked proper ventilation, as I noticed a lingering musty odor upon entering the room. Running the air conditioning helped diminish this smell, but addressing the ventilation would improve the experience. Some maintenance is needed.
