excellent location modern amenities

i was charmed when i went to the room the space seemed tidy and very clean i appreciated the room upgrade due to my needing assistance i found excellent access to public transportation like the mtr and buses i found taxis a short walk away. mr jose ang assisted us with all our needs he. i commend the concierge and reception for their service their dedication showed a amazing level of commitment i believe their attention to detail should be acknowledged.

the hotel connects directly to a mall and the mongkok east mtr station that was acceptable.
they said it would take a few days for the deposit to be returned to the credit card but it has now been over a week. the room had a strong sewage smell emanating from the bathroom even running the shower did little to help it.

I found the Premier Family Plus room to be very tidy and spacious. Staff were always amicable, helpful when needed, especially in the Lion Rock restaurant. Joey, Charles, Henry, Jennifer and the Chef accommodated every need and changed requests efficiently. I appreciated the amazing housekeeping services. Supervisor Shirley and Winnie were very helpful.
I needed to walk up the last flight of stairs to get to level 19. This was inconvenient.
