i experienced fantastic service! after a seven night stay, they granted me a late check out! the airport bus a21 stops right across the street. this made getting around super convenient.
i thought the air conditioning was a little too cold for my taste. it did not seem to respond to the temperature settings. this made the room a bit uncomfortable at times.

we stayed for three nights and found the location convenient. the ground floor has a food court with many options. our family room included a bunk bed the kids enjoyed. the bar had a huge outdoor terrace perfect for a night drink.
i found that the elevators were sometimes slow during peak hours it was a very slight inconvenience.

The breakfast buffet had many options. The fresh juice bar and barista-made coffee were amazing. i especially enjoyed the chef-made omelettes, a highlight. housekeeping was excellent. The room was super clean and very well maintained. i found the staff attentive, they went out of their way to ensure i had a pleasant experience..

The room offered a large king-sized bed plus a bunk bed. It easily accommodated my family of four, including two boys under twelve. a sofa added space. i enjoyed the decor which incorporated bamboo that resembled scaffolding in the light fixtures, a nice touch.
