the location was acceptable it provided easy access to nearby areas

the room i was assigned had a noticeable musty odor the ventilation seemed inadequate i found this to be a significant problem i hoped for a fresher atmosphere

krystal cheung gave excellent service! she was very patient and had a great attitude. i had an amazing experience at this hotel! check-in and check-out were smooth. the room was spacious (i really appreciated that). i'm already planning my next visit! the staff was so great.

the air conditioning was a bit too strong in certain areas (i wish i could adjust it more easily).

the location is convenient. it is linked to the duty-free mall. it is also around the corner from the subway and lots of shops and restaurants, this makes getting around so easy.

the location was acceptable near the star ferry and a taxi to the airport

the staff seemed robotic to me i received no response to my early check-in request and they did not offer refreshments or bathroom directions also the foyer had an overpowering perfume smell

The hotel shows its age in some areas, a letdown. The room lacked a bidet, a feature I expect. The shower also presented an issue, the water temperature fluctuated drastically when the neighboring room used their water. This.

superb stay!

great location easy access good room

the location proved fantastic. star ferry was a short walk. a taxi ride to the airport cost around 300 hkd, manageable even with lots of luggage. i found the service level excellent. the room had good size too.

the club disappointed a little. the area felt small. breakfast started at 7:30 am, while most other clubs begin at 6:30 am. the food selection seemed somewhat limited.
