the location near the mong kok mtr station proved useful. i could easily access various parts of the city.. the hotel also has convenient access to an adjacent mall, offering diverse shopping and dining options.

the front desk service could be improved. i found the staff somewhat dismissive when i raised a minor concern .

i booked a club class room for a special treat and was thrilled. the service was first class. i checked in on the 36th floor and the views were amazing. our room was very well appointed and included everything we could possibly need.

i noticed there was almost no place to sit, either in the lobby or at g-level.

The gym included sufficient equipment. I noted three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The breakfast buffet had a splendid selection of international and themed options. Staff replenished the fruit plate daily. I considered it a thoughtful gesture.

I found the absence of public toilets late at night quite inconvenient. I really think a hotel of this stature should offer that amenity to its in-house guests.

The hotel links directly to Langham Place and the Mongkok MTR station. This offers easy access to shops, restaurants, and transportation. I also appreciate the proximity to the supermarket for any needs.

The phone in my room had problems. I had to visit the reception to request a shower cap and report the phone malfunction.

The room include one panel of two very old USB-A charging outlets on the nightstand of one bed. Closest outlet to the bed are the two UK sockets next to the TV. There is only one single universal adapter.
