i had lunch at the market. the staff showed great professionalism when my friend felt unwell. a restaurant manager offered my friend a t-shirt and hot water.
I called the hotline. The lady who answered did not answer my question. she only said thank you for your call and goodbye. this was like a bad move.

The room had great curved walls, thoughtful outlets and lights. toiletries in the bathroom included high quality items with pleasing scents. the hotel provided a water filter in the room. It reduced plastic bottle use. the staff helped me navigate the city. They provided restaurant recommendations.
the hotel seemed a bit worn out! chipped front doors and tired carpets were visible

The location was convenient. It was close to shops and eateries. getting around was easy. Different points were easily accessible. it made exploring the area simple! the hotel's situation was ideal for accessing local attractions.

an anniversary to remember

we celebrated our anniversary in a club 38 room with harbor view, and were gifted with an upgrade to a corner suite. the harbor view we experienced was fabulous, especially during the nightly light show from our suite. the staff set up a bottle of champagne, cupcake, signs, and flower petals in the suite.
the smell of smoke drifted over because the lounge patio allows smoking nearby. it was the one drawback to the pool area.

The staff was super helpful and polite, especially the club-level staff at check-in and in the lounge attached to above & beyond. housekeeping staff were excellent. They cleaned the room twice daily.

The hotel is a short walk from two subway stations and a longer walk to the star ferry pier. a plaza is close by. It has more than a dozen restaurants for quick meals.

hotel was a tender dream. i adored the early check in i had. the harbour view room glowed, even from dawn til dusk. we found complimentary treats, like the minibar and yoga mat to be really darling.
i found one small clothing went missing after room clean. i told them about this, but i was so shocked they could not find that.

every staff member greeted us always with smiles. one person, priscilla on the ninth floor, recalled my emails and also cared tenderly for my family. it felt beautiful.

the lounge on the twenty eighth floor gave fantastic views. the pool felt wonderful for our family to rest. the hotel is operated by hong kong polytechnic university, i could see the meticulous focus everywhere.
