“I had a very enjoyable dinner at Jade Pavilion. Each dish was delicate and well thought out, like the amazing orange crab meat scallop soup, anything but ordinary. The steamed egg covered in lobster broth was a good surprise, bursting with crab meat inside. The highlight was definitely the curry crabmeat with sea cucumber stuffed with prawns - it was an explosion of flavors!
