The hotel is next to a premium shopping center. I also had easy access to many shops and restaurants. The bell captain carried my two big pieces of luggage. He walked me over to the nearby bus stop for the airport.
The toilet water pressure wasn't very good. I needed to press the flush a few times.

The TV lacked YouTube support. That was annoying. Toilet paper wasn't consistently replaced. These issues, and I expect better from a hotel at this price point.

the hotel connects directly to a big shopping mall, so uber pickups were easy. the beds were super large and the view was amazing. the tv even had chromecast (a huge plus!). the hotel provides water stations on every floor, which i really appreciate. it meant i could refill my water bottle easily instead of using disposable ones. the location is also great as it is close to the mtr station, accessible through the new town mall. the hotel is near the mtr station, i traveled easily. i also found a bus stop right in front of the hotel (very convenient). i found some good vegetarian choices during breakfast (i am a vegetarian).
i found the gym to be a bit small.

The room had ample space, allowing comfortable movement. A wide selection of TV channels was available. The hotel's proximity to the train station was very convenient. The shopping mall access directly from the hotel simplified errands and shopping.
The bathroom lighting was somewhat dim.

Sakurada offered a wonderful dining experience. A staff member actively introduced menu items. She provided helpful suggestions on ordering and demonstrated a genuine service heart. She also took initiative in asking my feedback.
