a fantastic getaway

corner room comfortable seating convenient location

i enjoyed the corner rooms so much! they seemed slightly bigger. the rooms included a walk-in wardrobe and a comfortable seating area. the extra space worked well for my family. the hotel is near nearby attractions, eateries, and the star ferry. plus, the location is fantastic!

The breakfast selection was quite limited for vegetarians. I would have liked to see more options available for plant-based diets.

front desk shower gel old mattress mildew smell

the front desk staff was very good upon my arrival. ms clare explained the room arrangements well. the toothbrush, toothpaste, and shower gel were of good quality.

the initial room smelled of mildew. the mattress was old and did not provide adequate support. i had to call several times and wait until 6pm to be moved to a different room.

the location permits easy access to nearby shops. the rooms provide bottled water daily and they include tea and coffee facilities. the bathroom had a shower and a separate bathtub. i received quick assistance with my luggage upon arrival.

perfect service direct access great selection breakfast buffet

I stayed for five nights and i was stunned by the perfect service! i appreciated the direct access to the shopping mall. It made getting around so easy. the fitness center had a great selection of equipment, including three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the breakfast buffet was HUGE!!!

The elevators could be a bit faster. Sometimes i had to wait a few minutes, but it wasn't a big deal.

Admirable stay

The location is genuinely unbeatable. It is indeed the perfect base camp to visit the kowloon and island sides. I appreciated the easy access to the Star Ferry and MTR. The team at the Concierge desk provided clear transportation guidance. Douglas Cheung, Duty Manager, demonstrated genuine hospitality.

The bottled water policy needs improvement. Receiving only one bottle felt inadequate. The hotel should fully stock the minibar fridge.

I appreciated the convenient access to shopping directly from the hotel. the ocean terminal connects seamlessly. the continental club lounge provided a high food quality breakfast. customer service in the continental club lounge was professional and friendly. They were helpful.

the threshold in the bathroom was raised! and the marble floor was slippery, caution is necessary.
