the room was clean, a plus.
The bar service was slow. I waited ten minutes. i ordered a double espresso, but it was served in a large cup with very little coffee. the breakfast room was also too small and overcrowded.

The hotel is a short walk to buses that go into the city. The location is also near a large shopping area. The staff provided helpful information about getting around. The value received here was excellent, I appreciated the cleanliness.
The hotel offered only one teabag and one coffee sachet in a room booked for two people.

I found the hotel staff friendly and helpful. They were always available. the breakfast was excellent with a large variety of food to choose from. i really enjoyed the large rooms. there was a nice sign about the free water refill.
i consider this a serious design flaw.

the room offered ample space. the breakfast included many options and the quality was good. i found the hotel restaurant staff to be very attentive , especially at night. the hotel also provides complimentary parking , a definite plus.
i noticed the bed was quite firm , perhaps not to everyone's liking.
