The breakfast selection WAS AMAZING!!! It included many options. The staff at the pool bar were attentive. I also had access to a nearby private beach. It was a great bonus to my stay.
The room felt quite old and tired. The bathroom fixtures looked dirty. The hallway carpet was very stained. Only one glass was available in the room. Paper cups were in the mini bar. This was strange for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

The bathtub drained so slowly it nearly reached my knees during a shower. I told someone at reception, yet nothing changed before my departure. To add insult to injury, the air conditioner claimed it was too cold outside to work. This explanation seemed ridiculous. Nobody addressed the problem, so I suffered in stuffy heat.
