the room was spacious and clean. a mini fridge with water was a nice touch. our room also had a balcony that looked over mount etna.

the free parking was very limited, requiring payment for secure parking. this reminded me of a money spinning scheme. i had to pay despite there being plenty of spaces.

the first room given had no working phone or shower. the shower looked very grotty with broken handles and toilet seat. i was moved to another room with a better shower after complaining.
