charming stay close to everything
convenient location efficient check-in great kindness good addition
The location proved convenient. check-in was efficient. the staff demonstrated great kindness. they stored my suitcase after i checked out. This service was free. the room offered both comfort and quiet. the tea and coffee machine just outside the room was a good addition.
The lighting in the room was not sufficient. It needed a brighter light when i was getting ready.

The hotel's location makes it very easy to travel to excel and back. it is also convenient for nightlife and getting to the airport. the aldgate east subway station is a short walk from the hotel. Several bus stops are also nearby.

Breakfast had a huge choice. The quality exceeded that of an average buffet. vegan croissants tasted excellent. the hearty breakfast was a wonderful start to the day. i enjoyed the variety of the buffet. It.

Acceptable Stay, but Noise Concerns
convenient location easy access significant noise cold food
The location proved convenient, providing easy access to the Underground station.
My room faced the car park and suffered significant noise issues. Heat pumps hummed throughout the night and early morning clanging disrupted sleep. The breakfast did not meet expectations, as the food was not kept hot enough.
