I found the hotel ideally situated near Tower Hill station. The breakfast offered an extensive selection, with fresh pastries and plentiful choices of cheese. The room size was adequate, and I appreciated the ability to connect my phone to the TV. THE bed was very comfortable.

I noticed the absence of a telephone in the room. Contacting reception required using my mobile, and the QR code system for requests proved unresponsive. This made communication more complicated than necessary.

The location was convenient, close to the tube station.

My room felt TOO warm. I couldn't adjust the temperature because the AC only blew hot air. Opening the window let in lots of noise, so it was hard to sleep. the shower drain clogged quickly, so I stood in ankle-deep water.

The hotel is near the Circle Line metro and a southern railway station. Main attractions are very accessible. My room was quiet and well-equipped. The room also provided convenient access to the Tube. I found the location really good, offering easy access to transport.
