fantastic stay near heathrow airport!!!

friendly staff clean room comfy bed

the breakfast was awesome! novjot at the restaurant was super friendly. the room was very clean and the bed was really comfy. the staff were also very helpful and pleasant!

the laundry machines were a bit of a challenge, guests needed to fight for the dryer.

the location proved very convenient, being only a few minutes from heathrow airport. a bus stop right outside the front door takes you to hounslow west station on the piccadilly line. this offers easy access into london.

the hotel room feels romantic, like a beautiful dream. i loved the free use of washing machines and dryers. the location feels special, really convenient to the airport.

i noticed fruit flies near the breakfast bar and they swarm the water pitcher. the bed felt too firm to me, i wanted more softness. some lights didn't turn on from the switch, a pity.

Excellent Airport Hotel Experience

comfortable bed modern facilities easy access

I found the hotel to be conveniently close to Heathrow. The room included a comfortable bed and I had a great experience at the included breakfast. The modern facilities were the best I've seen. The bus stop located right outside the hotel made access to the London Underground quite easy.

The system at check-in was downwith a little chaos. I was asked to wait in the bar. No apology was extended for this inconvenience.

I extended my stay and upgraded to a larger suite. It was a very good choice. The front-desk team was genuinely cute and helpful. The team went the extra mile whenever I asked a question. Staff serving meals were good in their demeanor (especially the breakfast crew). The suite upgrade offered ample space, a big plus for an extended stay.
