charming stay near the airport

the club lounge access was a real treat it had tea coffee and soft drinks available all day plus small snacks i found the wine beer and hot food selection between 5 and 8 very generous tortilla chips crudités kidney bean salad bbq chicken beetroot falafel continental meats and cheeses were all on offer i certainly did not need dinner afterwards the breakfast was also very good with lots of choice. the staff i encountered were kind helpful and friendly i found them very cute.
i noticed some noise from a christmas party in the bar it could be heard in the club lounge this was a minor inconvenience though

The breakfast buffet was extensive. I especially liked the fresh fruit selection and the variety of pastries (I really liked the croissants!). The hotel provided a complimentary bottle of water in my room.

The room included a comfortable bed. This was good after a long day of travel.
The parking situation was terrible. It took me far too long to find an available space. The car park was excessively busy and felt overcrowded. It was a bad start to the stay

everything was super clean. the pillows were nice and fluffy. the bed linen was very comfy and tidy. the bathroom was VERY clean.
the service was quite slow when the restaurant was not busy. the burger was very overpriced for something so small. it certainly was not worth the price.

my room key didn't work when i got to my room, so i had to walk back to the desk. the clerk just pointed a finger at me. i thought that was unprofessional, the desk clerk was unprofessional.
