our room was super clean and beautiful i booked the breakfast and found it to be generous the staff were friendly throughout i was very impressed i want to thank ciana for her help getting vegetarian sausages she was fantastic and on top of everything
sadly the service element seems to have dropped off i did not feel welcomed like i have in previous stays it was like i was processed like a number i missed the warm attention to detail

really good service at every corner

tasty chickengreat servicefriendly staff
manish helped get orange juice for my daughters. the chicken was particularly tasty. chef valentina made delicious chicken and waitress sofia tended to every need. vaibhavi and anudeep offered great service, and they were friendly and helpful.
the path to the hotel was locked, pedestrians walked on the road.

The executive lounge happy hour was excellent, almost a full meal. the staff helped settle my family in well. My children could ask for hot chocolates. tunde cleaned our rooms as requested, lovely!
