the hotel was alright initially, but a party on saturday ruined my sleep. loud music shook the entire building until midnight. this was terrible because i had to wake up at 4:00 am for a gatwick airport flight.. no guest should experience such inconsiderate noise. i expected a quiet night, not a nightclub.

the staff were friendly and professional. the entire place was very clean. the room had an iron and ironing board, something most hotel rooms lack, as well as a hairdryer.
i could not sleep well due to noise (i think it was from the radiator). the room was also hot. there was no ac, and i couldn't use the table fan because of its cranking noise.

The room was clean (which i always appreciate). the bus stop was very close. It made getting around easy. there was also a mcdonald's just across the street which was handy for a quick bite.
the beautiful room was smaller than i expected. the television wasn't working properly, displaying a 'no signal' message. i also wasn't told about the £10 parking fee when i booked.
