The location proved VERY convenient for my planned visits. staff demonstrated really good warmth, always smiling and ready to help. the modern decor of the lobby AND bar area added a sophisticated touch to the stay. i appreciated the provided breakfast. The room was super clean and very well planned. i found plenty of usb points for devices, so charging everything was easy. the bed was super comfortable. It was actually one of the best i've stayed in recently. i got a complimentary drink voucher upon arrival, a nice perk.

Team moxy gave a great warm welcome, and customer service was really good throughout my visit. the staff was very friendly and polite. They made my room really accommodating. check in and out was super easy.

mixed feelings about this stay

dirty tablesdried breakfast

the breakfast was a real letdown. each morning, the tables were dirty. i stayed for three nights and had to sit at a dirty table each time (not a great start to the day). also, the hot breakfast items like bacon and sausages were dry and unappetizing. the staff didn't seem to care much about tidying or refilling things. it reminded me of a waste of money.
