The staff really helped me when I thought my room was too warm. They upgraded me to a room having a perfect temperature. I appreciate cinema showing classic films and the convenient parking available. The cleanliness of the rooms, particularly the bathroom including both bath and shower, impressed me a lot.

The room included a good-sized television and tea and coffee making facilities. Also a lovely bathroom was available, complete with a bath. It definitely added convenience to my stay, and I enjoyed that a lot.

the staff were friendly and helpful the buffet breakfast was well prepared and enjoyed
the room was cold on arrival this was fixed after two hours the pool was mostly closed due to local swimming lessons for the whole stay

The staff was very friendly. The hotel provides easy access to nearby attractions, and I found it a good value for money. I thought the price was reasonable.
The bed felt quite hard. I noticed the window was broken. It was very cold, and I could smell dampness in the hotel. It did not look like the pictures online.
