Great Location but Minor Issues

The hotel location allowed easy access to the Royal Botanic Garden. I walked to the city center without problems. I found the restaurants located at the wharf really good, perfect for an evening meal. The hotel bar was nice for early evening drinks.

The room was a good size. I loved the large bathtub after a long day. The lobby had a funky design and it was nice to hang out there.

The hotel proximity to Potts Point was perfect. I was able to walk easily. The rooms were well furnished and the size was spacious. The bathroom was quite big and the bath a good size too.

the location was fantastic, right on cowper wharf. it was a short walk to the botanical gardens, which i loved!!! our room included a minibar, a kettle, and an ironing board. the bed was very large and comfortable, a true delight.

I found the service to be excellent. The rooms are spacious. I liked the bar and friendly staff. The location is great plus there is good food. I appreciated the available vegetarian and vegan options.

I found the minibar no longer complimentary. This had always been a highlight. The introduction of the 'WonderBar' was unclear. I felt this was a bit stingy compared to before..

mixed feelings after my stay

used podsurine smell

I was excited about the hotel, but i left feeling a bit let down. the mini bar was no longer complimentary. It was replaced with something called the 'wonderbar'. i found the concept unclear and not as generous as before. also, the coffee machine in my room still had used pods from the previous guest and the toilet had a noticeable urine smell. it was disappointing.
