My visit included clean, spacious rooms and the staff addressed a forgotten stroller. It was recovered thanks to their efforts. I found the guest laundry to be a great bonus. The hotel's location allowed for a quick walk into town.

The minibar was missing . I requested milk to be placed there. Despite promises it would be added, it was never delivered .

i stayed in a st moritz king room balcony lake view. the room was spacious. breakfast had many options. i particularly enjoyed the view from the balcony facing the lake. it was nice.
