the setting was tranquil and peaceful. the bed was huge and really comfortable. a decent size television was in the room.. the mini fridge was a nice touch.

I disliked the shower. It was very bad. the bathroom door did not lock, and the telephone wasn't working. there were only two towels in the bathroom. There was no shampoo available.

the breakfast had lots of variety and tasted excellent. the food was very good, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. there was a big selection and the value for money is great.

The staff were friendly and helpful on the reception desk. they could not do more for you. waitresses, bar staff and receptionist were lovely and friendly. They were also warm and cute.

The staff provided efficient, friendly service! the room was a good size. The bathroom offered ample hot water at strong pressure. the restaurant menu presented a good selection of food, and the location on the outskirts offers convenient access to stores. new carpets are installed and curtains are also new.

the room needed a few more readily available tea and coffee supplies. i had to request extra from reception.

The room was lovely. It was a Superior Lakeside Double. The bed was big and comfy. I found all of the staff really lovely, and breakfast was great, too!
