adequate stay, but some issues noted

low pressure coffee machine

I encountered some problems . the water pressure in the shower was quite low. It made showering difficult (i found it rather inconvenient). also, the limited selection at breakfast was disappointing. there were very few options beyond the basic offerings. the coffee machine was also out of service one morning.

The location was pretty good for getting around. It was near public transport.

Unfortunately, my room was freezing when I arrived. The toilet did not flush properly. It was a struggle every time i used it. I expected a better experience.

fantastic stay NEAR tower hill!

warm welcome ample space separate bath walk in shower

the reception staff gave a VERY warm welcome. my room, a city king, offered ample space. the bathroom featured both a separate bath and a walk in shower, GREAT. i found the hotel to be well maintained overall.

my only SLIGHT issue was the limited natural light in the room , due to a smaller window.

the hotel is REALLY close to the train station , providing excellent connectivity. several bars and restaurants are within a short walk. the river is also easily accessible from the hotel.
