A Wonderful Stay

convenient location helpful staff comfortable pillows

The location proved convenient to access local attractions. I found the staff helpful as they provided clear directions. The room included complimentary bottled water. That was a nice touch. The bed had comfortable pillows, and I slept well.

The noise from the busy street outside was noticeable at times.

The room was smaller than i expected. the window did not open. Fresh air was absent. noise from outside was noticeable at night. Sleep quality suffered. twice, i had to request assistance from the front desk.

the staff were lovely and helpful. breakfast included a great selection. the location was very convenient for getting around.

the room was quite small. the outside of the building needs some paint. i found the light and sound insulation poor, i could hear cars clearly.

convenient station extensive breakfast attentive service

The hotel's proximity to Stratford Station was ideal for my travel needs. The breakfast selection was extensive. I particularly enjoyed the variety of hot and cold options. The staff at reception were available 24 hours a day with reassurance.
