i found the reception team particularly helpful. rianna welcomed us with a smile and was polite (a nice first impression!). she made our arrival pleasant and effortlessly enjoyable. the hotel provided a relaxed atmosphere. the location offered easy access to transport links.
The music in the restaurant was loud. it went on until midnight. also, the soundproofing in my room was poor. I could clearly hear conversations from the adjacent room.

The staff was accommodating. Its proximity to the underground line allowed convenient access to many tourist destinations directly. A variety of coffee shops, restaurants, and a well-stocked store are conveniently located just across the street.
The room cleaning service requires a request via an app. It was not explained upon arrival.
