complimentary room kit wooden parquet good room size
I found the room size quite good, especially considering usual standards. A complimentary room kit was included, which I found useful. The wooden parquet flooring gave the room a clean appearance. I appreciated that.
The air conditioning seemed unpredictable. At times it was difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature. This made sleeping a bit challenging one night.

clean room quick check-in training equipment
My Cosy Double room was clean and quiet. Check-in was quick and smooth (i appreciated that a lot after a long trip). The hotel has a gym, it has training equipment and extra protein drink at the end of the training session.
The hotel features excellent style in the entry, but the room was dimly lit.

The room included a Bluetooth radio. I also appreciated the provided bottle opener. The staff was helpful, especially with breakfast service.
I was woken by hammering before 10 am, I found the noise disruptive.

solid stay with a couple of snags
helpful team easy access
i found the reception team particularly helpful. rianna welcomed us with a smile and was polite (a nice first impression!). she made our arrival pleasant and effortlessly enjoyable. the hotel provided a relaxed atmosphere. the location offered easy access to transport links.
The music in the restaurant was loud. it went on until midnight. also, the soundproofing in my room was poor. I could clearly hear conversations from the adjacent room.

The staff was accommodating. Its proximity to the underground line allowed convenient access to many tourist destinations directly. A variety of coffee shops, restaurants, and a well-stocked store are conveniently located just across the street.
The room cleaning service requires a request via an app. It was not explained upon arrival.

Breakfast in the rooftop bar provided a somewhat limited menu. the bar itself had an undeniable beauty. Service was commendable. The staff demonstrated great customer service, remembering names. This detail was a nice touch. The hotel had food and drink selections with lovely decor.
