unbeatable location clean room helpful staff
The location was unbeatable, near the tube station and several eateries. the room was clean. the staff were helpful. They stored my luggage securely before check-in. i appreciated the toiletries. They felt premium.
my room was located in the basement and i could hear the tube trains rattling all night.

the hotel benefits from its location, just a short walk to the tube station which allows quick access to many of the city's attractions, as well as shops and various restaurants, so you have great access to everything.

a nice selection of tea and coffee was available in the room, including plant-based milk, something i consider quite rare. i also noticed that multiple restaurants and cafes are located within a five-minute walk from the hotel, so that's really convienent.

the room included a kettle, very useful for preparing hot beverages. the front desk offered luggage storage before check-in. the wifi connection was strong and reliable throughout my stay, and i was able to work without interruptions.

small room frosted glass
the room was SMALL. like, ridiculously small. i had booked a 'double room', but i think they meant 'double' as in, 'you'll be seeing double from the claustrophobia'. the bathroom situation was not great either. the door was frosted glass, so every 'personal moment' became a shared experience. it lacked any sort of privacy. next time, i'm bringing a curtain... or maybe a bigger room.

The room was quite clean. The staff was helpful during check-in. The location was convenient, with public transport nearby. I found the bed comfortable for a short stay.
My room faced the street, and the noise from the traffic was noticeable.
