The hotel location offered very easy access to public transport directly across the street. Early check-in was accommodated without issue, the staff demonstrated friendliness throughout my stay. Extra pillows were provided in my room, I found them quite comfortable. The breakfast buffet included a good selection of options.

The bathroom smelled a bit like smoke, the towels also had an unpleasant odor.

We have stayed before and were impressed, and this visit reinforced that. the hotel is very clean. A big thank you to the cleaning staff. the breakfast had a wide range of food products. It was light, airy, comfortable, and relaxing. all staff were good, and we'd especially like to mention will at the front desk. He was helpful and friendly.

The usb port in the room did not charge my phone. It actually seemed to drain the battery instead. the air conditioning switched on automatically and blew cold air during the night.

The hotel's location opposite the Underground station was acceptable.

The breakfast area was ridiculously narrow. Squeezing past other guests was necessary. Cheap bathroom towels were provided, disappointing. The shower cubicle leaked. There was barely any space in the triangular bathroom.
