The location is convenient and immediately next to Terminal 3.

The air conditioning did not cool the room effectively, a problem. The shower head in the washroom kept dropping down. I also noticed the staff at the restaurant did not speak English. Communication was difficult.

The hotel is very close to the terminal. The short walk was so useful. Breakfast featured a great intercontinental buffet. The staff was pleasant.

I did not like that there were no extra pillows in the room. I also didn't like that when I asked for an extra one, I was denied. It impacted my sleep negatively.

the location near terminal 2 was really convienient i didn't have to wait on a shuttle.

the room felt cold to me the heating didnt seem to work very well i needed to ask for extra blankets to be more confortable

the location was super handy, i walked right from terminal 3. check-in moved quickly, and i actually got my room early, a treat. my standard twin room was super clean and quiet, so i slept well. breakfast had a good selection and tasted delicious, so i ate well.

the paper cups in the room felt a bit basic though.
