The staff were really helpful and friendly. I liked that. breakfast was great, i thought. They had a wide range of options. i also found the room to be larger than expected, a nice surprise.
The decor showed some age. There was cracked plaster, and the woodwork looked scruffy. That could use some attention.

There wasn't much signage. my room didn't have a mattress protector, and i found a urine stain. the bathroom felt kinda slippy!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and included a dressing table. I requested a bath and received it. This bathtub was very deep, I loved it. On site spa had last minute availability and a Monday deal, I am very pleased with that.

Breakfast was excellent with all the cooked options being cooked fresh. There was quite a wait after ordering on some occasions. A small bar area had run out of gin and many other spirits. It also lacked the mixers.
