The location is great. It is very close to the train station. Several shops and cafes are also nearby. The room was clean. The air conditioning worked well.

The room got Very Hot. It did not have a window. There was no air flow at all. I did not sleep well due to the heat.

the location was perfect because it was very close to the overground station. the room size suited three people wanting to share. it was also very clean.

i confirmed i had a room with a window, but it seems it was given to someone else. the air conditioning was not working in the room. it was sweltering at 26 degrees for the entire stay. the manager suggested another room, but it cost £144 as an alternative.

The location was superb. I found it easy to get around using nearby public transport. the room was neat, i really liked it. the staff was helpful and very friendly. They always greeted me with a smile. the tea and coffee provided by reception was a great perk!

the room lacked a table for putting my belongings which i found slightly inconvenient.

The hotel's location is excellent. I appreciated that it is next to Hackney Central Overground. Shops are only a short walk away. I will gladly stay there again.

The pillows were quite flat. I requested extra ones. Hackney can be noisy. I recommend packing earplugs.
