The location proved convenient for accessing major attractions. i found the breakfast selection pleasing. the onsite restaurant offered amazing food. Staff were attentive.

the staff welcomed me. i found the room spacious and well presented. the bed provided excellent comfort. breakfast offered a nice selection.

the noise from the corridor was slightly audible. i could hear other guests walking past the door.

Acceptable Stay with Some Disappointments

worn furniture hot water issue

The staff was generally helpful and pleasant throughout my stay.

The room I had showed signs of wear. The furniture seemed old and the bathroom had some damaged areas (specifically the marble). on the last day, a notice informed me that there would be no hot water, a significant inconvenience, especially considering the price of the room (I think some kind of compensation would have been appropriate).

warm staff fresh fruit dinner voucher overpriced room small size

The staff impressed me from the start. they were warm and efficient. the breakfast had lots of choice with fresh fruit and hot options. i used the drinks vouchers for the bar and enjoyed dinner before heading to the airport. It was a nice bonus.

The room felt overpriced for its size. i paid for a beautiful room, but it felt small and basic. i have stayed in better places for less. I expected more for the price.

convenient location superb food helpful staff

I found the location very convenient. It was near many tube stations. The food was superb in the hotel. I also found the staff wonderful. They were so helpful.

The bed was a little hard for me.
