the apartment lacked air conditioning, even with the provided pedestal fan. asking for an additional fan proved futile, as i was told only one was permitted per room, this policy seemed unreasonable given the insufficient cooling. furthermore, the initial room cleaning only provided a limited supply of toiletries. i found it odd that i was expected to request more, rather than them being automatically replenished.

The bed was very comfortable. The apartment was located away from street noise. the apartment has opening windows! which was GREAT. there IS a tesco next door, VERY helpful. the location was very handy to burrough high street where there are plenty of eating places

staying here IS a little frustrating, to start I am not sure if the apartment in the pictures actually exists so I wouldn't expect to be staying in it as ours was not the same.

the hotel features a gym a few steps from the apartments! it includes treadmills and stationary bikes. there is a small grocery store in the same building, very convenient for quick needs and essential supplies.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating, assisting with all our requests, such as extra towels. check-in was simple. staff members are cheerful. Supportive, and willing to help whenever i needed assistance with directions or local information.

The two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-cleaned with comfortable beds. the apartment included all necessary kitchen utensils, clean and in stock. The bathroom had huge soft towels. there was a washing machine for personal laundry.

I found the service inconsistent . specifically, the initial room cleaning was not thorough. I noticed dust accumulation under the bed and in corners. additionally, the provided toiletries were sparse, and replenishments required repeated requests. these issues detracted from the overall experience (especially given the price point).
