the rooms have a layout that exceeds website photographs, which i found clean and tidy! the location near canary wharf makes it easy to reach stations with a short walk. staff members are FRIENDLY and always ready to assist. wifi service is reliable.

Excellent stay at Canary Wharf

I found the apartment to be quite clean and large. It easily accommodated five adults. The kitchen provided everything necessary, including a washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, coffee machine, and boiler. Luggage storage was available before the 4 pm check-in time. Complimentary Nespresso coffee was available in the lobby, too.
I noticed there was no air conditioner, and the room became quite warm. A mobile air conditioning unit was available, yet it was not sufficient.

i received an upgrade to a two-room apartment. the beds felt comfortable. the kitchen was fully equipped with a huge fridge. there was free coffee and tea available in the room.
i found the accessibility a little tricky to the main street. you must use stairs or a long route. most shops in the nearby mall close early. the corridor on my floor smelled unpleasant.

The accommodation is accessible by public transport. A bus stop sits directly in front. The subway station is a short walk away. I found a Waitrose supermarket with shops nearby in the underground shopping gallery. The staff was helpful. They always had a smile.
The hotel lacks air conditioning. It became uncomfortably warm, particularly at night. Sleeping required open windows. This increased external noise..
