charmed by courthouse
spacious rooms comfortable bed fast checkout
I was charmed by the clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds. I felt at ease. the rooftop bar offered gorgeous views and comfy seating, and the staff were very good. the hotel's history blended with plush surroundings, a interesting aspect. i liked the fast checkout process. It saved me some valuable time.
i did face an issue with accessibility. the accessible entrance was not clearly signposted. this made it a little difficult to navigate at first.

the hotel offers a well-heated pool, a sauna, and a hammam, perfect for relaxation. there is also a bowling alley, darts, and ping pong, great for entertainment. these features provide a wide range of activities .

The hotel is located outside the congestion zone. This is a great plus for drivers. the tube station is just a short walk away, about seven minutes. the hotel provides convenient access to various parts of the city.

king room excellent value comfortable bed
I booked a magistrate king room. it was excellent value. the rain shower was divine. I found it very refreshing! the bed was also super comfortable.

I had a cheesecake slice upon arrival. It was a nice touch. room service was available, though there was a wait because of a private function that day.

fluffy towels blackout experience
The hotel offered very helpful staff. I loved the spacious room with the fluffiest towels. The blinds created a full blackout experience. This helped reduce the effects of the night before.
The sauna door was left open. I experienced a cold steam room.

disappointing experience overall
rude staff lacking atmosphere
i found the service lacking upon arrival the staff seemed disinterested they didn't acknowledge me immediately then seemed unsure of the process i was asked to pay despite having already paid in advance no apology was offered i seemed like an inconvenience instead of a valued guest the atmosphere was flat not cute at all i didn't see other guests i expected better for the price i paid the location isn't ideal either pretty far from central

good selection comfy bed wifi issues broken phone
the breakfast offered a good selection. the bed was also comfy. water, teas, coffees and biscuits were provided in the room. i had everything i needed for my stay.
I had issues with the wifi. it did not work in my room during my entire stay. the phone in the room wasn't working either. It made communication with the reception difficult.

helpful staff convenient location spacious room
I appreciated the spaciousness of the Xscape King. The reception staff, particularly Pruthvi, were helpful. Pruthvi even provided an umbrella. The hotel's location allows convenient access to nearby attractions, a definite plus.
