early check-in superb drinks

Alyaan provided me with an early check-in and a late check-out. this kindness accommodated my unusual flight times. i also commend vinod, our bartender, for his really good service and hospitality. The drinks he prepared were superb.

The wifi signal was weak in my room. I had trouble staying connected.

friendly faces modern facilities delicious breakfast convenient location

i appreciated the friendly faces throughout my stay staff were attentive. the modern facilities enhanced my experience. i found the breakfast buffet delicious with ample choices. the location next to the dlr was convenient for exploring excel and canary wharf was nearby a brief walk away.

the pool felt cold perhaps adjusting the temperature could elevate the experience for future swims a small detail however it impacted my enjoyment of this particular amenity.

a lovely stay

tube station dlr station shower pressure wash bottles

the hotel location near tube and dlr stations helped me a lot. i really liked the shower pressure in my room. the breakfast variety seemed excellent to me, so many choices. housekeeping gave me extra wash bottles when i asked, very grateful.

i found one slight problem, i could not find a single gluten free option for room service. this disappointed me some, mainly as a four star hotel.

comfy bed stylish chair excellent breakfast cold shower heating problem unavailable pool

the bed was super comfy for two nights stay. i liked the lounge chair near the window, very stylish. the breakfast variety was excellent and it had a lot of fluid choice.

there was no hot water at all. showers ran tepid-cold, its not great. also, the pool was not available because it was suffering from heating problems that would take weeks.
