The room offered a Chromecast device connected to the TV. This allowed easy streaming from personal devices. The breakfast buffet included various options, such as a full English breakfast. Oat milk was available as an alternative to dairy.

The rugs in the room were not properly stuck down. This caused my suitcase to get stuck on the edges.

The room was quite spacious. It featured a coffee machine, a fridge, and bathrobes, all GREAT additions. The spa and Hammam were available, and i took advantage of them a few times . The library themed areas. the availability of chess sets, added to the uniqueness.

excellent experience near canary wharf

I found the room to be super clean with great attention to detail. the rooms, named after authors, were a unique and tasteful touch. i particularly enjoyed the themed decor in the common areas, a refreshing change from typical chain hotels. the staff were cute. I felt very secure .

breakfast had a good variety but the room layout felt a bit disorganized.

I appreciated the unique decor. It reminded me of staying in a themed boutique hotel. The room had blackout curtains which ensured restful sleep. I liked the tea and coffee provided in the room, as well as the espresso maker with caffeinated pods. The bathroom was modernized and had a spacious shower.

the room air conditioning was quite welcome during a warm day.

the room was smaller than i expected. the double bed felt more like a small double, it was uncomfortable. i was also surprised i had to provide id, it is not usual for hotels here. i was also a little annoyed about the 100 pound deposit, even though i did get it back, i was still out of pocket for the day as it was a sunday.
