An Okay Stay Overall
friendly staff swimming pool cracked sink brown marks
The staff were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool, sauna, and steam room were open and functioning. They provided a kid pack with treats and deals, I thought that was a nice touch.
The skirting boards in my room had some unattractive brown marks. The sink in the bathroom was cracked from one end to the other. It looked pretty bad.

mixed feelings about my stay
dated room awful bacon
the staff was friendly, this aspect was quite nice.
The room seemed quite dated, particularly the bathroom door, it had grubby marks. the breakfast bacon was awful. It tasted far from fresh. i also noticed countless chips to the gloss paintwork throughout the building.

friendly staff good quality warm pool
The staff was the highlight of my visit. I found them consistently friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was of good quality. I enjoyed the evening meal and the excellent breakfast. The pool was warm and clean. I appreciated this amenity.
There was a faint, unusual smell in the elevators.

Decent stay near the airport
friendly staff high-quality food buffet cleanliness unprepared sofa bed unmade beds broken heating
The staff at breakfast were both lovely and friendly. The food was high quality and included a great selection. Any spilt food at the buffet was immediately cleaned by the staff, it was very excellent.
The sofa bed hadn't been set up in our family room. The beds hadn't been made in the twin room either. The twin room was freezing. The heating did not work.

the breakfast buffet had a good selection. there was a lovely treasure hunt activity. all the staff were friendly and cute (especially Cindy).
the shower leaked everywhere past the shower curtain.
