the studio apartment was immaculate it was also spacious with cooking facilities i found the concierge excellent polite and knowledgable they seemed to actually care i was allowed to leave my cases when i arrived early they upgraded my accommodation slightly too

the room was lovely and clean i really liked the design. the location is very convenient i could walk to many places nearby. the staff were very helpful and always had a smile. the hotel had a quiet atmosphere that i appreciated after busy days.

The room had all facilities I needed. There was even a view, a nice surprise. The underground parking was secure and important to me. The local area was quiet and pleasant.
The floor was dirty and very cold. There were no carpets. I didn't like having to roll onto someone to get out of bed. This was because of the placement of the bed.

Naana's customer service was excellent, she was professional and helpful! The room was large, clean, modern, and spacious. I appreciated the free coffee and croissants in the lobby each morning. The location was convenient, with a bus stop right outside.
The ventilation and heating system was a bit noisy during the night.

The room was large and modern. I found the kitchenette very useful. It included a microwave and oven, so I prepare simple meals. The hotel also provided free coffee all day and croissants each morning.
