The staff opened the car door to welcome us and I knew it would be everything I expected.

Check-in was a joke as I stood in the lobby for over an hour and a half without care or urgency (I was pregnant at the time).

Porfirio was a amazing server for breakfast. He brought cheerful energy. It started my day wonderfully. The service was amazing and everyone was so kind. The food and drinks were very tasty.

The bellman seemed to have expectations about the tips. I felt uncomfortable about the situation.

I enjoyed the attentiveness of the staff. Shalim checked on us frequently. He ensured we had everything we needed, including postcards and a special treat. The food was delicious, and the tea was very high-quality.

The arrival was not good, it was a tough morning for us. Our Uber driver dropped us off right at the front. There was no one there to greet us or help with our luggage. I had to carry my child's large suitcase and mine into the lobby.
