amazing location.

great location breakfast buffet
i totally enjoyed my stay. the location meant easy access to central park and times square. the breakfast buffet was also a real treat, with a wide variety of delicious options.
i faced long lines at check-in due to limited staff. it was a bit frustrating waiting after a long journey.

Grateful for the Excellent Service

excellent location patient staff well planned excursions
The front desk staff, especially Mouctar, were patient when our plans changed. The cleaning staff kept our room super clean daily. Vito at the attractions desk organized our excursions very well.
the checkout was 12 and we had cleaners knocking on our door at 3 separate occasions to check if we'd gone.

the location was acceptable.
my room felt quite dated. i had to switch on multiple lights to see anything at night and then turn them off individually before bed. the experience felt underwhelming for a hotel of this supposed caliber
