the location was perfect. it was about a 4-minute walk to times square! the lady that checked me in ensured i got the room with the perfect view. i also found breakfast to be great, it gave everything i was hoping for.

the reception staff seemed rude. the bathroom had a semi-transparent door and wall. so anyone using the bathroom at night woke the rest of the room up.

the staff at check-in were helpful. i was impressed by the quick response from maintenance when notified by the service desk. the room was always clean and housekeeping provided prompt service whenever needed. i appreciated the friendly and helpful housekeeping staff including the supervisor.

the bathroom lacked an extractor fan, causing it to become very steamy.

Check in was quick. Staff was nice. The room had blackout curtains. This help me sleep well. The hotel has a good gym. It has several treadmills. Free weights are also available. I could keep up with my workouts.

I had to wait a few minutes during peak times. This was annoying but manageable.
