This hotel is a classic! Great location near Penn Station, amazing views from my room (on a higher floor), and the staff was wonderful. The Tick Tock Diner is a plus for 24/7 food. The hotel's history is also really cool!

The location was fantastic, but the room itself was a bit of a let down. My shower didn't work properly and my initial room was uncomfortable but they quickly moved me to a better one. The location was a big plus though. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

My three-night stay was pretty good! The hotel's history and Art Deco style were neat, and Cindy at the front desk was amazing, always cheerful and helpful. The room was clean and comfy, but the bathroom needs a serious update. Still, a pleasant experience.
