the hotel offers reusable water bottle stations on several floors, a nice touch. the location is near times square and a subway station, very practical. rooms feature good soundproofing, i barely heard any outside noise.

instructions for the coffee machine were absent, i couldn't use it.

i was part of a package deal, and i tell you what, the location was killer. it's steps away from the subway and times square! perfect for getting around. sanchez from security was awesome. he always greeted me with a smile and helped with anything i needed!

the check-in on level 11 was pretty busy. the reception area felt a little small considering how big the hotel is.

the room provided great bedding and the space allowed good movement. the hotel ensured excellent cleanliness and a modern aesthetic throughout the rooms i saw, great to see.

the location was very central. i found the staff to be polite. my room had a smart vibe, it had all i needed. i did not have breakfast but the restaurants nearby was perfect for it.

my room did not have any bottled water. i could not find a microwave. the prices of food inside the hotel was too high. i think the cost of water inside was outrageous.

I found some issues . the room felt quite cramped. There was hardly space to move around with my luggage. also, the noise from the nearby streets was more noticeable than i expected, even from a high floor. it disrupted my sleep a bit, and i hoped for a quieter atmosphere considering the price i paid for my stay. these aspects kept my stay from being relaxing.

the bathroom was spacious. it featured a rainfall shower. toiletries were great quality. the location was perfect for seeing broadway shows and restaurants. it was a quick walk to both. the hotel provided a coupon for citi bike. i explored the city on a bicycle. i would not have done this otherwise.

the check-in area had stored luggage. this made maneuvering difficult. it created a chaotic impression.

I found the beds very comfortable. The bathroom was large and modern with a really very nice shower. Breakfast included a credit of $25 and offered scrambled eggs and bacon, which I recommend.
