the location was so central. we found the staff very helpful. the christmas tree in the courtyard gave the place a festive feel. clara made sure every detail was attended to.

shower water leaked across the bathroom floor. getting that sorted would make things a lot better.

the room was spacious for a big apple hotel. pillows felt great. the room had updated bathroom. the room size felt excellent, and i had difficulty to wake up with such a comfortable bed.

the hotel gym is big. it has many machines for different workouts. the lobby felt very elegant and cute. the staff was quick with requests.

the bathroom seemed a little outdated though.

respectful staff elegant hotel ideal location friendly doormen

the staff was very courteous and. the hotel is beautiful, it felt both elegant and well kept. the location is ideal, it is within walking distance of great shops and dining. the doormen were especially friendly and helpful (they made my wife smile).

The view from the room wasn't the best. It overlooked a concrete wall, not like the pictures online.
