I found the location convenient, steps away from major attractions. the staff's helpfulness really stood out, particularly with our early arrival. They accommodated us way before the regular check-in time. i thought the bed was amazingly comfortable. the front desk service was excellent. Their friendly and professional demeanor added to a smooth stay.
the elevators could be a bit slow at times, especially during peak hours.

The check-in process was straightforward. i found the staff helpful with directions and local information. the fitness center had adequate equipment for a basic workout. I used the treadmill. housekeeping kept my room clean and tidy throughout my stay.
i noticed some wear and tear on the furniture in the room.

The hotel's location was awesome. It was super close to a subway station and Times Square was just a minute away on foot! Breakfast offered everything I needed each morning, it was very convenient. The room was indeed lovely. Very comfy and tidy with a nice view.
The incidental deposit was quite a surprise at check-in. I was asked for $150! I found it odd this wasn't advertised anywhere beforehand. Reception service was also really slow. I often waited a long time even to speak with someone, which wasn't great.
