perfect location food option
The location is perfect. It's close to theaters and entertainment. A convenience store is right across the street. Fast food options are within a short walk.
My room did not include a refrigerator or microwave. This was a bummer.

Breakfast was not provided at the hotel. the location is great, so it is good. There are lots of dining options in the surrounding area.

The elevators were very fast. A walk to Pier 83 for cruises on the Hudson River takes only twenty minutes. The hotel offers luggage storage for the day, really convenient.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The manager was fast with service and kind to customers. They also offer a late check-out for one hour without extra payments, based on hotel availability.

location good but some issues present
broken thermostat unhelpful staff
the location are real good, its close to times square.
the room i had was not great. the thermostat seemed broken, and i could not control the temperature in my room. this made sleeping difficult at night. the front desk staff werent too helpful either, they just told me to open the window.

great stay perfect location professional staff warm welcome
i HAVE stayed in many hotels, but this one STANDS out. Syeda at reception. She was professional AND ensured we had a GREAT stay. The location IS perfect and SO close to many attractions.
i OBSERVED that the room service menu was somewhat LIMITED after 10 pm.

the hotel features a well equipped fitness center. I saw modern machines and free weights available for guest use. the lobby provided comfortable seating areas AND convenient access to tourist information.

great shower fantastic view comfortable bed
the location proves amazing. i stayed on the 48th floor and views were fantastic. comfortable beds were present, and the shower was great.
