quiet atmosphereefficient staff
The location is near Bryant Park (very convenient for a morning walk). I appreciated that the room had a very quiet atmosphere despite the central location. The staff was also very efficient when I needed anything. Everyone was very pleasant and accommodating.
The shower size could have been slightly larger.

the staff seemed very warm. i appreciated that jay, the concierge manager, offered excellent restaurant tips.. i would seek him out again. the bar was also great away from the busy streets.
i spotted carpet stains plus couch stains. some furniture looked quite old. my room was quite dark due to scaffolding and subpar lighting.

unlicensed taxi
The concierge called an unlicensed taxi for me to go to the airport. The transit police stopped us. the staff seemed uninterested and bored. They reluctantly helped or answered questions. Not a pleasant experience though.
