Waits were long. The room lacked sufficient soundproofing. I heard street noise early each morning. Sleeping past 4:30 AM was not possible due to the horns and general city noise.

I appreciated the security present at the entrance during the evenings. The cleaning staff were friendly and accommodating to our needs. I found the location very convenient for accessing Central Park and nearby subway stations. The front desk was also helpful with directions.

I experienced extended wait times. This became an issue, especially during peak hours, affecting travel to and from the room.

i found the location quite convenient. it was close to central park and other attractions (it helped with sightseeing). my room, a classic room with two double beds, was clean. the housekeeping staff did a good job maintaining it daily.

this caused significant delays especially during peak hours. there were no complimentary tea or coffee facilities in the room. i found this inconvenient, especially in the mornings.
