the location was amazing. it was easy to get to broadway shows. the staff was also great (very polite and professional). security was present at all times.
the room was a bit outdated. the heating system was very loud. it turned on and off randomly even when the thermostat was off (it was like a jet engine).

mixed bag in the city

the location was pretty central, so that was convenient enough.
The room really wasn't great. It looked tired, and the bathroom situation felt unfinished with the sink looking updated but the tub clearly banged up a lot. the ac didnt work properly the whole time, turning itself off whenever it was like it, and that remote showing up in a plastic bag? felt pretty cheap. the furniture was mismatched and old, like castoffs from someone's attic. It just was like they are charging way too much for such a mediocre experience.
