A Reflective Stay

peloton bikes clean pool excellent staff

The fitness area was amazing!!! It has everything you need and more. I especially appreciated the two Peloton bikes. The pool was very clean. The Reign restaurant staff were excellent.

The elevators were very quick, but the controls were a little too complex.

The hotel is right in front of Union Station and provides easy access to various points of interest. I walked to the Ferry, CN Tower, and St Lawrence Market. This hotel's central position makes exploration convenient.

the location was convenient for visiting attractions. the hotel connected directly to union station. efficient room service cleaned the rooms every day. i appreciated this very much.

The bathroom in my room was tiny. the towel rack was behind the door, it was very inconvenient. the door would not stay shut. I had to lock it.

The room was clean. the BED was comfortable. I found helpful and friendly staff throughout my stay. I liked the convenient location across from Union Station.
